No More Arms? What's the Deal?

Well, I'm up to two kids now and yet I still only have 2 arms. I was sure I'd grow another set of arms to deal with having an extra child, but still nothing.

I haven't quite figured out how to leave the house with both kids yet either. Last night I attempted to do so and it took 45 minutes to get out the door by the time everyone ate, used the potty, ate more, put coats on, took coats off, used the potty again, cried, got in the carseat, cried, got out of the carseat, cried, got burped, got back in the carseat, and finally got loaded into the car. I had no idea.

Nathan goes back to work on Monday. I'm glad to get back into a routine but I'm a little intimidated too.
I'll also try to get back to blogging about things other than kids, ha! So, send me your requests. What do you want to hear about? Non-food uses for potatoes? How the west was won? Why glitter should be illegal? Just tell me your ideas and we'll see what I can do. No promises.

Amber you did great with all the pictures. She is so cute and I love the one of Keegan laughing with his John Deere Green shirt on! I definitely want to hear how to make glitter illegal!!!!! Happy New Year, Sheriff

Now you see why we are always late to church. Once you get into a routine, it does get better. Then something changes like Kennedy starts solid food, and you have readjust your routine. It never ends.

Hello, blog readers! I am blogging live from the hospital with Nathan as my guest blogger. If anyone is awake out there, you can feel free to check out my blog for updates throughout my hospital visit. I was having contractions at home so we were sent to the hospital around 10pm for observation. I was dilated to 3cm when I arrived. They made me walk two 40-minute rounds which felt like a marathon for me. I didn't have any shoes on and got to wear a super cute hospital gown though. Essentially, I'm here for false labor. Kennedy's Corner: The BIG FIVE

Happy birthday, Kennedy!!!!      To our sweet & fun girl! She's 5 today!  She LOVES to dress up whether it's jewelry, fancy clothing, or princess stuff.   Here's her latest-- a pink fur coat and sequins skirt.   Classy! She's nurturing.  She loves playing "mommy" to her baby dolls and caring for other people.  She loves to sing ( and I mean constantly ).   She is thoughtful and compassionate and loves to pray for others.  She can be headstrong and difficult too (just like her mother) but we're working together on that!    She goes to Pre-K 5 mornings a week and loves her teacher and school.   Her favorite foods are cheese quesadillas, pepperoni, and Ritz crackers.   Her favorite show is Curious George.   She's also obsessed with dogs whether it's pretending to be one, begging us to buy one, playing with a toy one, or asking every stranger in the city if she can pet th...
