Fashion Forecast

I've especially struggled lately with knowing how to dress appropriately for the weather. The meteorologist tells me the temperature, where those high and low red and blue things are going to swoop across on the big map, what the dew point is (what is that even?), and even what time the sun will rise. I still don't know how to dress.
I found this most disturbing on our recent vacation to Wisconsin. The high was about 69 degrees the first day. I took a pair jeans for all of us... I thought high of 69 meant jeans and a t-shirt. But, it ended up meaning jeans, t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket.
So... I'd like to introduce to you my new invention: FASHION FORECASTS. That's right. Instead of the weather guy telling you all the numbers, he just tells you how to dress. Really, that's all we care about anyway. It would also include HAIRDAR -- telling you how to style your hair (ie: if it's humid, pull it back to avoid frizz!).
It would look something like this:
Today: High of capris and short sleeves with flip flops. Umbrella afternoon. Ponytail by evening. Windbreaker jacket at night.
Tomorrow: High of shorts and tank top, flip-flops. Hair down. Sunglasses in the afternoon.
Saturday: High of shorts and short sleeves with flip flops. Swim suits by afternoon. Sunglasses and sunscreen in the afternoon. 30% chance of light jacket at night.
I hope this is what we have to look forward to in upcoming TV news!
