My Latest Inventions, Part 2
A long, long time ago I blogged about some of my great inventions (link). They included carpet that comes with vacuum stripes so that it always looks like you just ran the sweeper. Genius.... pure genius.
Here is Part 2 of my greatest and latest inventions. Tell me what you think.
1) "Salt & Pepper". That's right, you heard me. This is the perfect blend of both salt AND pepper for the lazy eater or cook. I was recently using my own lazy blend of McCormick's Cinnamon & Sugar when I came up with this genius idea. I know, apparently mixing cinnamon & sugar myself was so complicated that I had to buy this:
There you have it. I'm totally going to be rich with this one!
2) "Pink Baby Light". You know those blue lights that volunteer workers stick to the top of their car in an emergency? I think all pregnant women should get a pink one that they can use when they are in labor on their way to the hospital. They'd get the right of way and could get to the hospital more efficiently. Maybe instead of a siren it could play a lullaby. Who's in?
3) "Moving Streets" . OK, so picture those moving sidewalks at the airport. You just walk right onto them; you can either stand still or keep walking.
How about a large one for cars that just go to certain popular destinations? Let's put a giant one between Indianapolis and Chicago. It'd be 2 lanes wide in the same direction. The right lane would be for drivers that want to put their cars in neutral and ride the whole way, nonstop (drivers could read a book, nap, etc). The left lane would be for drivers that want to accelerate while they are on it. Then at Chicago it would merge into a highway where the moving street ends. I can't believe no one has done this yet. It's so obvious.
4) "Lemon Pop-Tarts". I love the taste of lemon desserts. In fact, I'd pick it over chocolate which is saying a lot. How about some type of lemon pop tart? It'd have to be 'sweet' lemon, not sour or tart. They've managed to squeeze several other fruit flavors in the middle of their toaster pastry.... how about lemon? Mr. Kellogg-- if you read my blog (and I'm sure you do), do this one for me.

5) "Facebook Folders". I sometimes feel like I want to organize my facebook friends. You know, like having folders. I could have one for "elementary school friends" or a folder for "church friends". Then I could create preferences based on entire folders. Some folders could be acquaintances whose status messages I really don't want to read. Others could be BFF's or people I'm trying to stalk and I want to know every detail of their life. That's right, Facebook. I demand folders. Don't make me start a group called "People Who Demand Facebook Folders: Trying To Get 1,546,876,999,432 Fans".

#5- Facebook does have that, only they are called lists. I have my friends organized in 6 different gruops... and you CAN turn some groups on while others are not.
Go to "Home". On the left click on "friends". toward the top middle of the page click on the grey button that says "+createa list".
