Limited Edition: Oreos with DQ Blizzard Creme
If you're a regular on here, you know that I love to buy foods that say LIMITED EDITION.
This week I saw the new Oreos with Dairy Queen's Blizzard Creme. I couldn't pass them up.
They are in celebration of the Blizzard's 25th birthday. The fact that I'm older than blizzards made me feel a little old, but then again I still remember when DQ had the fun Dennis the Menace cartoons on their cups. I loved those cups!!

So, here's the scoop on these new limited edition Oreos...... don't buy them. First of all, you get 9 less cookies in the package but pay more than regular Oreos ($2.99). Normally I don't mind paying a little extra for a special flavor, but this wasn't worth it. Secondly, they do not taste like Oreos or Blizzards. It's sort of an unusual creme in the middle with tiny Oreo crumbs in it. It has an flavor that I can't quite put my finger on. They aren't bad and certainly we will eat the entire package. But, I also wouldn't buy them again.
So, save your money and buy regular Oreos instead. Aren't you glad I just saved you $2.99? That's what I'm here for. The sacrifices I make for you guys!
By the way, I often receive emails about the limited edition foods you've found for me. I love to get those; keep them coming!!
