My Latest Inventions
I've come up with some new inventions and ideas. I'm not sure which one I'd take on the show Shark Tank (which I love, by the way) but I'm sure they'd all give me millions. Anyone in? Here they are:
1) Designer trashcans. -- I recently purchased a new garbage can for our house. I was saddened by the lack of color choices available. Are Amish people making them?
Some of you are thinking, "But it's for trash." I say we have used our trashcans for 10 years now and they are used daily. I want to use something I enjoy looking at! It gets used more often than my favorite clothing item. Plus, when it sits on the street on trash day, it represents our house. So, how about red? Lime green? Paisley? Stripes or polka-dots? Let's get edgy with our cans!
2) A Sweet & Salty Bowl. -- Ok, imagine it.... a bowl that is divided into 2 halves. One side for your salty food, the other for your sweet. It would be a hit at movie theaters with popcorn and M&Ms. Or, at a restaurant for milkshake and fries. You could just order a 'sweet and salty' combo.
You could finally balance your sweet & salty snacks in one handy container. It's a winner.
3) Watch Phones. -- I wear a watch every single day. I think if I go to the trouble of wearing an instrument on my wrist, it should do more than just tell me the time. How about if we can make calls with it too? Then we could talk into our watch like Penny used to do on Inspector Gadget. It would make our watches more versatile, plus we'd look really cool.
4) Night Time Baby Feeder -- I think this is my best invention yet. Why not an insulated or refrigerated gerbil-type feeder that hangs on the side of a baby crib. You'd just fill it with formula or pre-pumped milk and when the baby wakes up hungry at night, they simply roll over and drink. No more getting up for night feedings.
Maybe with baby #1 or even #2 I would have questioned the safety of such a device. However, now that #3 is on the way, I say I'm more concerned about a good night's sleep for Mommy, right?!
So, Sharks, are you guys in??? Let me know which ones you'd buy...... or tell me about your latest inventions. I love a great idea.
