Shout Out To Old World Market
Yesterday we took a family road trip to Old World Market (link). It's one of my favorite stores. They have unique home furnishings, decorations, and food from around the world. And, everything is priced right. I just wish we lived closer to one.
I bought this 3-piece set of melamine mixing bowls ($15ish on sale). I love how cheerful they are. I think they'd make a great gift for someone too.
I also bought 2 jars of spread for Keegan. One was 'chocolate banana' spread. The other was 'vanilla hazelnut' (think Nutella). They were $2.99/jar and very high calorie, which is just what I need to help Keegan put on weight (for those of you who don't keep up with my blog, we have to feed Keegan a high fat/calorie diet). 210 calories for just 2 TBSP! Let's just hope I can stay out of it myself!
I also get theme pasta for the kids there. For $2.09 (sale), you can buy a big bag of fun shaped pasta. The kids love it. They have themes like zoo, travel (planes, trains), and sea life. They also have holiday pastas.
We also found lemon pancake mix and some ginger syrup as well.
I'm also completely in love with their furniture. I would never spend this much money on a chair for a kid's room ($280), but I love this chair for Savannah's room; it matches perfect. Maybe someone wants to buy it for her? :)
We also love their dining room table sets. Next time we need to buy one, I'm pretty sure that's where we'll look. Here's an example for $529.
They also have great pillows, rugs, curtains, dishes, wall decor, and gifts. Love it all.
If you ever get a chance to visit one of their stores, stop in & check it out! That's my plug!
