One and a HALF. Really!?

Savannah's half birthday is today! That's right, she's one and a half!! 

Here are the top 10 facts about our sweet Savannah today:
1.  She says 'thank you' all the time without being prompted.  So polite.
2.  She loves accessories.  She'll bring me a backpack, princess dress, or a hat and request help putting it on.  She also likes to wear purses.  A girly-girl.
3.   She loves to take care of baby dolls.  It's one of my favorite things to watch.
4.   If she had been a boy, her name was going to be Xavier.  Random trivia fact today.
5.  She screams (and I mean screams) if you take something out of her hands.  Good times.
6.  If I start counting, she will say the next number (only up to 3, but still).
7.  She loves cheese quesadillas.
8.  She tries to give Nathan zerberts on his stomach.  It's cute and funny all at once.
9.  She knows how to give kisses now.  Sweetest. Thing. Ever.
10.  She's sweet... and adorable.... and delightful to be around.  See the photos below for proof!

Hello, blog readers! I am blogging live from the hospital with Nathan as my guest blogger. If anyone is awake out there, you can feel free to check out my blog for updates throughout my hospital visit. I was having contractions at home so we were sent to the hospital around 10pm for observation. I was dilated to 3cm when I arrived. They made me walk two 40-minute rounds which felt like a marathon for me. I didn't have any shoes on and got to wear a super cute hospital gown though. Essentially, I'm here for false labor. But, they are afraid to send me home because of how quickly I go into labor so I'm staying to be induced. ---- This is Nathan - it's 2:11 AM. Amber just got her epidural. She's at 4 cm. Her blood pressure just dropped to 80 / 43 and we had a bit of a scare. She thought she was going to pass out and had some nausea. At the Hospital- LIVE UPDATES!

Hello, blog readers and random internet stalkers! I've opened today's blog to keep you up to date on my labor progress as it occurs. Nathan is going to be my guest blogger today and will add info as he can if I'm unavailable.... so check back often for continuous updates throughout the day! 8:00am I have my IV's in which took forever and 2 nurses because they had problems with my veins 8:30 They started the Pitocin (drug to start contractions). 9:30 I'm now contracting now and waiting around for them to get bigger. 9:35 Nathan is pacing. 10:15 Nathan here Amber's contractions are picking up. She's starting to feel some pain, but barely. There is a well worn path between her bed and the bathroom. It seems the IV is dripping direcly into her bladder 10:30 Nurse Nathan is taking good care of me.
