Second Grader!
I choked up a little when Keegan left the house this morning as a first grader. I'll be picking him up today as a 2nd grader.....
I'm so proud of him. He's learned so much this year.
He's an amazing reader (he recently finished Charlotte's Web).
He likes to write people letters. He does math, even "for fun". He's good at drawing.
And, he's really matured.
His teacher was amazing. She's full of joy, patience, and just so sweet to work with.
For comparison, here was Keegan last year on his FIRST day of school:

I'd say he's taller and his face is more mature. More freckles, too!
